Booking and prices
How do I book?
Book online in a few minutes: choose your drip, choose clinic or home, then pick a time. You can also message us on WhatsApp or call 020 7207 6919.
When do I pay?
You pay at your appointment, once your nurse has confirmed the drip is right for you. Every price is shown upfront, including the visit fee.
How much is a home or hotel visit?
A flat £100 per address, on top of the drip price. If several people are having drips at the same address, it is still one £100 fee. Visits to our Nine Elms clinic have no visit fee.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or change free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Just message us on WhatsApp or call.
Do you do group bookings?
Yes, for friends, families, offices and events. One visit fee covers everyone at the same address. Message us with numbers and a date.
Safety
Who gives the drip?
A registered nurse gives every drip, under prescriptions from our doctors. Your nurse checks your pulse, blood pressure and temperature before and after, and carries emergency equipment on every visit.
Do I need a blood test first?
Not for any of our drips. Our health questionnaire checks whether a drip is suitable for you. If you would like to know your levels anyway, we can arrange blood tests.
Who shouldn’t have a drip?
Drips are not suitable for everyone, including some people with heart failure, kidney disease or G6PD deficiency, and we are cautious in pregnancy. Each drip page lists who it isn’t for, and our prescriber checks your answers.
Does it hurt?
You will feel a small scratch as the cannula goes in, a bit like a blood test. After that, most people feel very little.
Can I have a drip after drinking?
Not if you are still drunk. You need to be able to answer our health questions properly, and it wouldn’t be safe. If you are unwell after drinking, see our guide on when to get medical help.
How often can I have a drip?
It depends on the drip and on you. Our prescriber sets a safe limit for each person, and we will tell you when you book.
Home and hotel visits
Which areas do you cover?
Central London, from our core area around Victoria out to Notting Hill, Kilburn, the City, Fulham and Clapham. See our areas page for the full list.
What do I need at home?
A chair, a little space and good light. Your nurse brings everything else and takes it all away afterwards.
Can you come to my hotel or office?
Yes. Add your hotel and room number, or your office address, when you book. For offices, a private room works best.
Can I have NAD+ at home?
NAD+ 250 and the NAD+ shot, yes. NAD+ 500 takes 4 hours, so we give it at our Nine Elms clinic only.
About drips
Do IV drips work?
IV fluids and vitamins are proven for treating dehydration and real deficiencies. For people who are already well, the evidence is limited. Many people enjoy how they feel, and we are always honest about what is and isn’t known. Our evidence page explains more.
Which drip should I choose?
Our drip pages explain what is in each one and why people book it. If you are not sure, the Bespoke drip starts with a short consultation, or message us and we will help.
How long does a drip take?
From 15 minutes for the NAD+ shot to 4 hours for NAD+ 500. Most drips take 30 to 60 minutes.
Should I eat before my drip?
Yes, have a light meal and some water beforehand, and wear a top with sleeves you can roll up.
Still have a question?
We usually reply on WhatsApp within the hour during opening times.
