London Drip Clinic is a trading name of Pop Up Docs Ltd, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZB199484. Pop Up Docs Ltd is the data controller for the information you give us.
What we collect
- Your name, date of birth and contact details
- Your address or hotel details for home and hotel visits
- Your answers to our health questionnaire and your treatment records
- Payment details, handled by our payment provider
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email
Why we use it
We use your information to book and provide your treatment safely, to keep medical records as the law requires, and to contact you about your appointment. We do not sell your information, and we only send marketing if you have agreed to it.
Our legal bases are providing the service you asked for, our legal obligations as a healthcare provider and, for health information, the provision of health care.
Who we share it with
- Our clinical records system, which stores your notes securely
- Our payment provider
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. We keep detailed health information out of chats wherever we can
- Your GP or another clinician, only with your consent or where we must to keep you safe
How long we keep it
We keep medical records for as long as required after your last treatment, in line with NHS guidance for healthcare records. Other information is kept only as long as we need it.
Your rights
