Who can book
Our drips are for adults aged 18 and over. Every booking depends on a prescriber reviewing your health questionnaire and agreeing that the drip is suitable for you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website and in the booking form, including the £100 visit fee for home, hotel and office visits. You pay at your appointment.
Cancelling or changing
You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations, or missed appointments, may be charged a late cancellation fee, which we will tell you about when you book.
When we may not go ahead
We may decline or stop a drip if it isn’t safe or suitable for you, including if you are unwell, if your answers change, or if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If we decline before starting, you won’t be charged for the drip.
Home and hotel visits
- Please provide a safe, clean space with a chair and good light
- Please keep pets in another room during the visit
- For hotels, please check that the hotel allows outside services and let reception know we are coming

IV drips are a wellness choice. We explain what is in each drip and what is known about it, and we don’t promise particular results.
