What the evidence says
Strong for proven deficiency · limited otherwiseVitamins given through a drip treat proven deficiencies well. If your levels are normal, there is no good evidence that extra vitamins in a drip improve energy or health.
If you are not sure a drip is right for you, ask us. We may suggest a blood test or your GP instead.
